<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curve mirror which is easy to be assembled and yet strong enough to endure wind or rain. <P>SOLUTION: The curve mirror comprises a mirror body 2 having a convex mirror surface 1, a frame 5 of a short cylinder shape 4 whose frame 5 has a hole 3 from the center of which the convex portion of the mirror surface 1 projects, and which hole 3 has the peripheral inner surface of a curved shape having the same rate of a curvature as the mirror surface 1 so that the frame 5 holds the mirror surface 1 as the curved shape of the peripheral inner surface joins to that of the mirror surface 1, a back plate 6 of a vertical bowllike shape whose outer periphery engages with the interior of the frame 5 and whose front end presses the periphery of the back face of the mirror body 2 to secure joint between the mirror body 2 and the frame 5, and a metal fixture 8 which is arranged at the back face of the back plate 6 attached to a pillar 7. The periphery of the back face of the frame 5 is longer than the back plate 6 fitted into the frame 5, and an extra length portion 9 of the frame 5 is bent from the back face toward the inner surface of the back plate 6 to integrate the mirror body 2, the frame 5, and the back plate 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
