<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip with a pencil case allowed to be always equipped with a monthly block calendar so that a memo column equipped to the monthly block calendar is especially effectively easy to be utilized. <P>SOLUTION: In a clip to be used for a paper folder, for example, a front plate is provided in a disc form, and the clip with a pencil case to which an almost tubular pencil case part is provided to its rear side. The clip is attached to a lower end of the monthly block calendar and held by inserting the writing implement into the pencil case by attaching the clip to a lower end of the monthly block calendar.
