ELECTRO-OPTICAL ELEMENT, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND OPTICAL TRANSMITTING MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical element for freely changing radiation angle or light receiving diameter by forming a lens in free size.

SOLUTION: A recess including a substrate aperture is formed to the rear surface of the substrate on the optical path at the light emitting surface or light receiving surface of an electro-optical element formed on the front surface of substrate. Moreover, a layer including a layer aperture is also formed on the relevant optical path. An optical member is also formed in the size specified with the wall surface of the internal side of the relevant recessed part and the relevant layer aperture.
