FACSIMILE MACHINE, MUTLIFUNCTIONAL PRINTER, PROGRAM, RECORDING MEDIUM AND TOTALING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable properly totaling a facsimile reception cost or the number of sheets of facsimile reception for each group without requiring setting of previously associating an opposite party with a user group, and even in the case of transmission in which a subaddress is not added. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine is provided with a transmission information storage means 12 for storing information about the presence or absence of data transmission by facsimile communication from each of a plurality of user groups to each of a plurality of opposite parties; a reception information storage means 13 for storing information about the total reception cost or the number of sheets of data received by the facsimile communication for each opposite party; and a totaling means 14 for equally dividing the total reception cost or the number of sheets from each of the opposite parties by the number of user groups having performed transmission to the corresponding opposite party, for each predetermined period on the basis of the information stored in the means 12 and 13 to total the reception cost and the number of sheets of each of the opposite parties for all the opposite parties for each group.
