PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a structure that, if it is necessary to form strength reinforcing layers on the upper and lower sides of a capacity formation part, an increase in inductance due to extended via hole can be suppressed while capacity is still ensured. SOLUTION: The laminated capacitor is comprised of a first via hole conductor 31 to electrically connect a first internal electrode 111 and an external terminal 21 for power circuit, and a second via hole conductor 32 to electrically connect a second internal electrode 112 and an external terminal 22 for ground circuit.
