PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having remarkably excellent dust pickup performance, high adhesiveness resisting the escape of dust picked up with the material, easily applicable to a narrow space, generating no paper powder even by cutting the material and usable as a cleaning tool, garment, etc., in a clean room, house or experimental facility or a holding material for powder of e.g. chemicals. SOLUTION: The flexible adhesive paper having decreased adhesive force to an adherend and decreased face-to-face adhesiveness is produced by applying a specific amount of a specific adhesive to a specific flexible paper by a specific method.
