PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cushioning material having excellent heat insulation and weathering resistance, and excellent impact resistance and piercing preventive resistance which is capable of storing relatively large objects to be packed having various kinds of dimensions and shapes in a conveying container such as a container and consistently transporting them under a severe condition. SOLUTION: The air cushioning material 1 is interposed between a packed object and an inner wall of the conveying container or between the packed objects to protect the packed objects from the external force such as an impact. A material forming the air-filled cushioning material 1 is a synthetic resin-made sheet of a multilayered structure composed of an oriented polyamide resin (OPA) at the center, a polyethylene resin (PE) on the outer side thereof, and a polyethylene resin foam (PPE) or a polyethylene nonwoven fabric (PE nonwoven fabric) further on the outer side thereof.
