PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling by enabling a single worker to perform the assembling only by rotating a screw from the outside even in a place where the hand never reaches the opposite side for a fixation to a column of panels used in large numbers as a partition wall. SOLUTION: A spanner-shaped metal fitting 10 is provided on the side opposite to a place for installing a panel 3 of the column, and a pair of metal fitting engagement holes are provided below a mounting hole of the column. Engagement hooks of the metal fitting 10 having a hexagon part of a hexagon head bolt 12 or hexagon nut 1 held by a hexagon engagement part is inserted to and held by the metal fitting engagement holes of the column, and the nut 11 or bolt 12 is rotated from the panel 3 side through the mounting hole of the panel 3.
