PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem that, though an expectation for a system capable of remotely diagnosing a subject physically separated from a hospital is raised, there is a problem of a difference in frame rates between a camera image and an ultrasonic image, when the two types of images are transmitted to a remote area and simultaneously cine recorded, and it is essential to have a function of preparing individual cine recording areas for every image data and of analyzing a time marker clearly expressing mutual time relationship embedded beforehand. SOLUTION: The subject ultrasonic diagnostic system, even if the frame rates of the camera image capturing a diagnosis scene and the ultrasonic image are different, provides identification signals to the both of them and mixedly stores and records them in the order of the acquired time series. The system connects a subject (a patient), as a diagnosis object, to a diagnostician (a doctor) by a communication line, even if they are separated, and sequentially processes them in the doctor side to synchronize the synchronous relationship between the ultrasonic image and the patient's image and the respective frame rates with the acquisition time in the patient side.
