PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air-conditioning equipment for installing an outdoor air conditioner that is easy to transport and install to allow a reduction in the cost of installation; a method for installing the outdoor air conditioner; and a method for producing the air-conditioning equipment. SOLUTION: An inner line 12 is mounted inside a frame 11 and is connectable with the outdoor air conditioner 1 and/or a hot/cold water line. The inner line 12 has housing couplings 27, 28 capable of absorbing misalignment when the inner line is connected to an end. A cover member 13 is mounted on a side of the frame 11 in such a manner as to cover the side. A wiring instrument is mounted inside the frame 11 and capable of supplying electricity to the outdoor air conditioner 1 when connected to electric power equipment. First, the frame 11 is installed and the outdoor air conditioner 1 is installed on top of the frame 11.
