METHOD FOR RAISING EFFICIENCY OF ENDOCRINE PREPARATIONS EXACTION FROM ORGANS OF ANIMALS INTENDED FOR SLAUGHTER, E.G. EFFICIENCY OF INSULIN EXTRACTION

A method for raising efficiency of endocrine preparations extraction from organs of animals intended for slaughter, e.g. efficiency of insulin extraction, involves shredding raw material, introducing thereof to maceration tank, passing reactant through maceration tank, obtaining extract. The area of actual contact of extractant with raw material is increased by creating conditions of quasi-liquefaction by means of imparting to maceration tank angular speed that is optimal for corresponding raw material and corresponding diameter of shredding, e.g. at extraction of insulin 360-365 revolutions per minute for shredding up to average diameter of particles ~ 1 mm.
