A method for assembling the supporting system of blast furnace includes replacement of columns of furnace shaft and hearth by supporting against furnace casing of the space girder of throat plate by means of horizontal brackets linking columns and upper part of shaft casing. After fixing horizontal areas of brackets to the upper part of columns and casing of furnace shaft from exterior part of columns of shaft in addition, vertical areas of L-like brackets are assembled, at that the lower part of vertical areas is attached to the horizontal area of L-like bracket, and its upper part is rigidly fixed to the diaphragm of the space girder of throat plate. Thereafter, the shaft head is cut away above the bracket, new columns of hearth and shaft furnace are assembled between existent columns, and beams forming new supporting flange on which space girder of throat plate of furnace are assembled. Thereafter, existent columns are completely dismantled.
