PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the corrosion resistance of a press pulley without surface-treating it after having press-formed it, and consequently reduce a manufacturing cost for the press pulley. SOLUTION: The press pulley 1 is made of a steel sheet to be press-formed which is a hot-dip plated steel sheet A having a plated layer B of a Zn-6%Al-3%Mg alloy formed on the surface. Thereby, the press pulley 1 reliably acquires the corrosion resistance without being surface-treated after having been press-formed, and reduces the manufacturing cost. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
