<p>The invention relates to a flat presentation hanger for a textile item, such as ankle socks which may or may not have a heel, the hanger (1), comprising a main flap (2), from which extend a trapezoidal hook tab (20) and a corresponding locking tab (30) which may be folded to the front of the hanger, characterised in that the trapezoidal hook tab (20) comprises a strut (23) parallel to the base thereof, by means of which the hook tab (20) may be used as such for articles with a heel, or previously folded and transformed into a straight tab for articles without a heel.</p> |
