PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior part for a car partly including a laminate structure which is capable of reducing the weight of a product, and enhancing the formability and releasability of an undercut part. SOLUTION: A door trim 10 comprises a laminate structure (a door trim upper) 20 in which a resin-made rib 22 is integrally laminated to a back side of a lightweight foaming resin base material 21 with the shape keeping property and a decorative material 23 is affixed to a face side thereof, and a resin single article (a door trim lower) 30. The decorative material 23 is constituted of the laminate structure of at least two layers, i.e., a top layer 23a and a cushion layer 23b. By adequately setting the elasticity and the thickness of the cushion layer 23b, the door trim upper 20 is easily released from an undercut-shaped projecting part 418 of a forming mold 40. The releasing workability is enhanced, the forming mold 40 is simplified, and the drawing pattern is transferred with excellent accuracy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
