<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating cooker which solves the issue of conventional electromagnetic induction heating cookers that a plurality of fine convection caused by a plurality of uneven working of the outer bottom surface of a vessel is mutually cancelled between neighboring ones not to generate large convection, and that uneven heating is caused between lower and upper layers of rice and uneven cooking is left. <P>SOLUTION: This electromagnetic induction heating cooker is equipped with a main body 1, a pot-shaped vessel 5 to be detachably housed in the main body 1 and to heat and cook food, and a heating coil 3 to induce eddy current in the pot-shaped vessel 5 to heat the pot-shaped vessel 5.
