PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spouting device having a very simple structure which is inexpensive, easy in repair and maintenance, and excellent in convenience. SOLUTION: A water storage bag 50 to store water for water to be warmed is placed on an upper part, and another water storage bag 50 to store water for water to be cooled is placed on a lower placement stand 66 below it. The cold water cooled by the lower placement stand 66 is directly spouted from a cooled water outlet 26, and water is fed to a tank 86 for manufacturing hot water from the upper water storage bag 50 via a water pipe 82 to spout hot water from a hot water outlet 24 via a hot water pipe 90 by a pump 92.
