The invention relates to improvements to devices intended for the cyclical pre-treatment of fuel for internal combustion engines, which can be used to improve the performance and lifespan of the engine considerably and to reduce the maintenance operations thereof. According to the invention, the fuel passes through: a pre-unit comprising a brass bush, a copper coil and an electric resistor which are all encapsulated with an epoxy resin; a unit comprising a bush, a coil containing an insert resistor and a Zamac alloy part which clasps the coil; and a set of sensors which are used (i) to measure the temperature of the fuel at the inlet of the fuel pump and the temperature of the external environment and (ii) to send the information to a control centre comprising means, such as a mobile telephone, for remotely managing the assembly using the transmission of short messages.
