PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable heating-cooling system using underground heat sufficiently practicable for a plurality of kinds of heating-cooling apparatuses in cooling, and capable of simultaneously supplying heat provided via a heat pump and heat gathered from the underground without passing through the heat pump. SOLUTION: In cooling operation, the heat provided by using a heat exchange unit A by using a pipe group B1 among a plurality of pipe groups B1 and B2, is supplied to the heating-cooling apparatus 1 of an air blowing type among the plurality of kinds of heating-cooling apparatuses 1 and 2. The heat gathered from the underground by using the other pipe group B2 except for the pipe group B1, is directly supplied to the heating-cooling apparatus 2 of a radiation type different in a kind.
