<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive element which ensures excellent adhesion of a pattern to a substrate in development and can suppress defective display such as burn-in when a display panel is fabricated. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive element has a photosensitive layer comprising a colored photosensitive resin composition containing (A) a binder polymer, (B) a photopolymerizable compound having at least one polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond in a molecule, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a colorant, wherein the photosensitive layer has a minimum light transmittance in the wavelength region of 350-370 nm of ≥50% and a maximum light transmittance in the wavelength region of 400-700 nm of ≤20%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
