PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing for electronic equipment enabling data to be received from/transmitted to electronic equipment used underwater without opening the housing each time. SOLUTION: The underwater housing for the electronic equipment is provided with an electronic equipment housing member having watertight structure inside which the electronic equipment is attachably/detachably housed and an antenna for radio communication at a part of the housing member so as to read/write data stored in the electronic equipment loaded in the housing from the outside. Furthermore, it is equipped with a radio communication interface for performing radio communication with other equipment, and a non-contact charger performing charge by connecting the power feeding coil of an electromagnetic transformer to a commercial power source through a primary side rectification smoothing circuit and connecting a battery to the power receiving coil of the electromagnetic transformer through a secondary side rectification smoothing circuit constituted of a rectification diode and a smoothing capacitor.
