PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier truck having straight moving performance by preventing meandering of the carriage provided with casters at four front and rear corners on a lower face of the carrier truck. SOLUTION: In the carrier truck 1 provided with the casters 2 at the four front and rear corners on the lower face of the carrier truck 1, a guide rail 3 extending in the longitudinal direction is provided on the lower face between the front and rear casters 2. The guide rail 3 slidably guides a fixed wheel 4 provided with a level difference H of a grounding surface with the casters 2. A grounding traveling is performed by the casters 2 always taking an advancing direction of the carrier truck 1 as a front side and the fixed wheel 4 always taking the advancing direction as a rear side.
