PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive material processing apparatus which prevents degradation in the image quality of an image due to dew condensation in a supporting mechanism for a photosensitive material sheet. SOLUTION: The supporting mechanism 70 of the photosensitive material processing apparatus includes: a roller 88L whose outer peripheral end touches one end on the surface 18 of a photosensitive material sheet 16 in the width direction 72 and which is attached to a shaft 84L having one end 80L near the surface 18 in one end in the width direction 72 and the other end 82L in a distant position from the photosensitive material sheet 16, and which rotates around the center line 86L of the shaft 84L; a roller 88R whose outer peripheral end touches the other end on the surface 18 of the photosensitive material sheet 16 in the width direction 72 and which is attached to a shaft 84R having one end 80R near the surface 18 in one end in the width direction 72 and the other end 82R in a distant position from the photosensitive material sheet 16, and which rotates around the center line 86R of the shaft 84R; and a member which touches the back surface 90 of the photosensitive material sheet 16 opposing to the top surface 18 and which nips the photosensitive material sheet 16 in corporation with the rollers 88L, 88R.
