PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet rotor and a moving-magnet type meter with that magnet rotor in which locking and positional shift between the magnet and the rotor body can be suppressed, and to provide a stepping motor with that magnet rotor. SOLUTION: Substantially rectangular protrusion 11 and recess 12 are formed, at predetermined intervals, on the inner circumferential wall at the hollow section of the annular magnet 10 of a magnet rotor. Rising sidewall 11A of the protrusion 11 is formed in the radial direction with reference to the axis G of the magnet rotor R. A locking portion 21 against the annular magnet 10 is formed in the rotor body 20 by filling the hollow section with plastic material in accordance with the profile of the protrusion 11 and recess 12.
