<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist apparatus etc. capable of making athletes easily know cumulative data (cumulative time) to preceding athletes during the present race in a relay race such as an ekiden. <P>SOLUTION: A wrist watch 1a for the first runner acquires present time and detects speed at every prescribed time period, updates measured data of the first runner, computes the distance traveled for one minute immediately before the time of detection on the basis of the detected speed, and adds it to a present distance traveled. In the case that the present distance traveled reaches a prescribed distance, the wrist watch 1a transmits measured data including data to only measured data of the first runner. When the measured data is received, a wrist watch 1b of the second runner sets cumulative time of the first runner at initial data of measured data of the second runner on the basis of final data of the measured data of the first runner within the received measured data.
