PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve diagnosing effect and to respond to the speed-up of movement by detecting the position information on a cradle section with a high precision. SOLUTION: A cradle position detecting section 103 is a counting type linear encoder comprising a scale section 131 in which a scale for detecting the position of the cradle section 101 is formed and extending corresponding to the slide range of the cradle section 101, and a sensor section 132 detecting the scale of the scale section 131 moving in a direction where the scale section 131 extends as the cradle section 101 slides, and calculates out the position where the cradle section 101 slides based on the result of the scale detected by the sensor section 132.
