<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location-related information providing apparatus for providing contribution information from a user related to a certain location and link information to a Web server to terminal equipment which has made a request. <P>SOLUTION: The location-related information providing apparatus 1 receives contribution information to be transmitted from terminal equipment 2 by an information browsing/contribution means 21, and stores it into a contribution information storing means 12, and receives link information to be transmitted from a Web server 3 by a link information acquiring means 24, and stores it into a link information storing means 13.
