PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and easily provide an abrasion resistant material on a digging blade 2. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises: removing a foreign matter adhering to the surface of the digging blade 2, and at the same time, polishing the surface, by a blasting treatment of jetting an alumina powder with a predetermined particle size onto the digging blade 2 at a predetermined pressure; and then, forming a hard chromium-plated film on the surface on a predetermined plating condition, which is a plated layer 4 that functions as the abrasion resistant material.
