<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation an appearance test of a joint part and a collapsed state of conductive particles by a microscope in case of jointing with the use of an anisotropic conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: In the anisotropic conductive film having conductive particles with a gold layer fitted on the surface of core particles and resin dispersed with the conductive particles, a marker layer is to be fitted between the core particles and the gold layer. Collapse of the conductive particles can be confirmed at a glance when jointing parte to a transparent substrate since the conductive particles are collapsed to open and crush a part of the gold plated layer, and a marker material inside a marker layer with a color easily discernible from a bump and a copper wiring is discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
