PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer capable of tuning mixer characteristics. SOLUTION: In the mixer, as a high frequency detection element, a Schottky barrier diode 2 is provided in an output terminal 1c of a coupler 1 including two input terminals 1a and 2a and one or two output terminals 1c, and a bias supply circuit C connected to this Schottky barrier diode 2 comprises a trimmable chip resistor 3 as a semi-fixed resistor for adjusting a bias current to flow to the Schottky barrier diode 2. By adjusting a resistance value of the trimmable chip resistor 3, the bias current to flow to the Schottky barrier diode 2 is controlled, thereby tuning mixer characteristics.
