PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramides-containing composition, not having nasty taste such as bitterness, in which ceramides are stably formulated even when diluted and dispersed in a water-based or oil-based preparation, being useable in both of the soluble system and the disperse system and excellent in general-purpose properties and ceramides-containing aqueous preparation, and food and beverage, a cosmetic and an external preparation for skin each containing the composition or the aqueous preparation.

SOLUTION: The ceramides-containing composition comprises ceramides, an oil solution and a glycerol fatty acid ester having a 12-22C constituent fatty acid, and HLB value of the glycerol fatty acid ester in whole the system of the ceramides-containing composition is 7-16.
