The system has a traction string cooperating with a central top attachment point disposed on a central slat. Control lines (7a, 7b) are integrated to attachment points (5a, 6b). The slat is formed in a curved wing (1). The string is displaced with respect to a traction line in which the string is integrated at the proximity of the wing, for inducing a tilting movement to the string along a pitch axis.
