PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dip net for surely scooping a hooked fish from water. SOLUTION: The dip net to be dropped through a fishing line to a hooked fish and scoop the fish from water is composed of a cylindrical net body 3 having a zipper 5 on the side face, an upper frame 4 attached to the upper part of the net body 3 and having buoyant force and elastic force, a lower frame 6 attached to the lower part of the net body 3 through a round ring 12 and having elastic force and a weight to sink the net in water, and a rope 8 connected to an end of the lower frame 6. The connection of the attaching tool 16 of the lower frame 6 is released by pulling the rope 8. When a fish is hooked on the hook, the dip net 2 is dropped through the fishing line 32 to the fish and the rope 8 is pulled to reverse the dip net 2 and easily scoop the fish from water.
