PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating tool raising device for an endoscope with excellent adjusting workability capable of easily adjusting and readjusting the proximal end position of a guide tube to which a raising piece operation wire for remotely operating a treating tool raising piece is inserted into an operation part. SOLUTION: By screwing a cylindrical connection screw cylinder body 22 for which a male screw is formed on an outer periphery and which is attached to the proximal end part of the guide tube 8 so as to be freely rotated around an axis and not to be moved in the axial direction to a stopper seat 21 fixedly arranged on the operation part 4 and rotating the connection screw cylinder body 22 around the axis, the connection screw cylinder body 22 is moved in the axial direction and the position of the proximal end part of the guide tube 8 is adjusted.
