The device consists of laminated sensitive layers, an insulating layer deposited between the sensitive layers, and a bobbin layer that includes flat directional bobbins of selective form. An insulating discharge layer is provided for moving the plates joined to the sensitive plates. The appearance of the sensitive layers can be modified by altering the value of the current directed to the bobbins.
