METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter for preventing color mixing in adjacent colored portions and forming a colored portion with no void or color irregularity in the region.

SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: (1) forming a black matrix 2 having an aperture on a transparent substrate 1; (2) forming a colored portion by depositing color ink 3 by an ink jet system on the aperture of the black matrix; and (3) simultaneously curing and flattening the color portion 5 by heat press process. The black matrix is formed by using a photosensitive resin composition containing a black light shielding material and shows water repellency and oil repellency.
