PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal that appropriately provides information which a user attempts to use according to a transfer destination of the user by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1201 which is a mobile terminal is provided with a transfer destination candidate storage part 1102 which considers a station which text information acquired via a network indicates as a candidate of the transfer destination of the user and stores the text information, a boarding station detection part 1103 which detects boarding information regarding a boarding station when the cellular phone 1201 passes a ticket gate of the boarding station, a transfer destination prediction part 1104 which determines a station to be the transfer destination of the user from the stations which the text information stored in the transfer destination candidate storage part 1102 indicates based on the boarding information detected by the boarding station detection part 1103 and an information providing part 1105 which provides information regarding the station determined by the transfer destination prediction part 1104.
