<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible even for many and unspecific third persons to confirm presence of a desire for collection of reusable refuse and to pass it to recycling when required. <P>SOLUTION: A central device memorizes information concerning the reusable refuse including at least information to discriminate the reusable refuse by receiving it from one terminal device, transmits the memorized information concerning the reusable refuse and receives collection proposing information showing proposal of collection of the reusable refuse from another terminal device, and it memorizes the information to discriminate the other terminal device which is transmitting destination of the collection proposing information by allotting it as a collecting destination of the reusable refuse in the case of receiving the collection proposing information before specified time passes after a point of time when the information concerning the reusable refuse is memorized and transmits information showing allotment as the collecting destination to the other terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
