PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation lever durability test machine easy to operate for the operation lever such as a joystick capable of reciprocating it in various directions. SOLUTION: The test machine is provided with a moving member guiding means 8 for keeping the attitude of the moving member 7, wherein the moving member guide means 8 is inhibiting an attitude change while allowing the positional change of the moving member 7 which is provided with the engaging part 6 for connecting with the operation lever 5 of the testing object 2 and a cam plate mounting part 4. The test machine is constituted such that a plurality of cam plates 9, 10, 11 which are provided with oval holes for regulating the moving directions are selectively adopted to the cam plate mounting part 4, and by exchanging these cam plates, the durability test can be performed with a single operation lever durability test machine 1 by reciprocating the operation lever 5 in the various directions.
