PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eco-friendly method for producing fine resin particles having uniform shape and narrow particle size distribution width and provide a production apparatus for fine resin particles. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing fine resin particles from a dispersion liquid produced by finely dispersing a dispersoid containing the particle production raw material in a dispersion medium is provided with a head part having an ejection part to eject the dispersion liquid, a transfer part to transfer the dispersion liquid ejected from the head part, a cooling region placed near the head part and a heating region placed downstream of the cooling region based on the transfer direction of the ejected dispersion liquid. The temperature of the heating region is adjusted to 30-150°C. The apparatus is provided with a housing constituting the transfer part and a cooling means to cool at least a part of the housing.
