The device includes a storage vessel (1), two segregation bodies (2,3) and at least one measuring chamber (4). One segregation body (2) has a cylindrical case (5) with a base (6) and a side panel (7). The other segregation body (3) is connected in swiveling manner to the other segregation body (2), with a measuring area (8) formed between the two segregation bodies. The base is totally or partly formed in cone or truncated cone shape with a ball section or ball zone. One segregation body is actuated with the storage vessel which is made of transparent material.
