PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film which has a clear metallic appearance equivalent to a metal sheet and whose color tone of the surface of its metal layer does not vary with corrosion, and a decorative sheet comprising the decorative film which is laminated on a substrate. SOLUTION: The decorative film comprises a metal foil such as an aluminium and stainless steel foil and the like which has an uneven pattern on its surface by the working of a hairline finish, a sand finishing operation and the like and a transparent resin film which are laminated together, and the decorative metal sheet comprises this decorative film which is laminated on a substrate such as a cold-rolled steel and the like.
