<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform batch output processing for files accumulated and managed inside an image processing apparatus, and to display the situation of progress of batch output processing. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a storage section 12 for storing files, an image forming section 13 for performing output processing on a file stored in the storage section 12, and an operating section 14 for displaying an image for selecting a specific plurality of files for batch output processing on the same output conditions using the image forming section 13 out of files stored in the storage section 12.
