PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having inexpensive construction for developing superior effects on heat exchanging efficiency. SOLUTION: The face of part of a heat insulating container 2 is formed as a heat exchange face 3 of a material having high heat conductivity. The heat insulating container 2 has a fluid inlet 5 and a fluid outlet 6 for fluid to be distributed inside from one side to the other side. The heat insulating container 2 stores a heat exchange member 7 which is formed of a linear or band material having high heat conductivity and flexibility or the heat exchange member 7 which is formed of a granular material having high heat conductivity while providing gaps for the fluid to be distributed.
