A supply voltage (Vb) is connected to the positive pole. The current flows through the electronic motor control switch (3.1) and the motor (5) to earth. Diodes (8-1,9-2) are connected in parallel with the switch and motor. A line (11.1) connects the motor input voltage (V1) to a first measurement and evaluation circuit (1h) in a control circuit (1). A program control circuit (10) feeds a reference voltage (Vref1) to the first measurement and evaluation circuit and has a connection (P1-1) to a first storage switching circuit (1d). The control circuit includes a switch-on circuit (1b) and a switch-off circuit (1c), connected to a first control signal circuit (1a) which operates the electronic motor control switch.
