PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "noise eliminating device" capable of securely eliminating noise included in an unnecessary band irrelevantly to the contents of a signal to eliminate a feeling of physical disorder that a user has. SOLUTION: The noise eliminating device is equipped with a frequency characteristic analysis section 60 which analyzes frequency characteristics of audio data to decide the lower-limit frequency and upper-limit frequency of a frequency band having a signal level above a reference value and a digital filter 38 which passes components of the frequency band between the lower-limit frequency and upper-limit frequency when the audio data are inputted.
