<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell supporting substrate whereby enhancement of shock resistance and thermal shock resistance can be materialized, and consequently possibility of causing cross leaking of gas can be made almost nil, and to provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell using it. <P>SOLUTION: This electrically conductive cell supporting substrate 1 is to support a cell 16 provided with a cell element 15 formed by holding an electrolyte layer 14 between a pair of electrode layers 12, 13, and it has a gas permeating hole 2a, a cell supporting part 2 to position the electrode layer 12 which is either one of a pair of the electrodes 12, 13 of the cell element 15 on the gas permeating hole 2a and to support the electrode layer 12 on the gas permeating hole 2a with the electrode layer coated with the electrolyte layer 14, and a stress relaxing bent part 3 positioned around the cell supporting part 2 supporting the cell 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
