FIRE-RESISTANT COATING STRUCTURE OF BASE ISOLATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant coating structure of a base isolation device installed in a base isolation layer at an intermediate story of a building. SOLUTION: A member having fire resistance is installed along the outer periphery of an upper face of a lower part structure. L-shaped hardware is attached to four corner positions on a lower face of a super structural body. A bolt hole for letting a shaft bolt which becomes a rotary shaft of a fire-resistant panel pass through is formed at an upper end position of a plane part of the L-shaped hardware. The fire-resistant panel provided with a nut is arranged between mutual L-shaped hardware. The shaft bolt inserted into the bolt hole of the L-shaped hardware is screwed into the nut to support the fire-resistant panel rotatably. An outer face part of the L-shaped hardware is covered with a fire-resistant block. Stopper hardware is attached to a part in the vicinity of a corner part of the L-shaped hardware or four corner positions on an inner side face of the fire-resistant panel in the super structural body.
