PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method capable of easily keeping a mixing ratio of a resin material in a molten state and a fluid of carbon dioxide constant and preventing the separation of the fluid or carbon dioxide penetrated in the resin material in a molten state to obtain a foam of high quality having fine cells. SOLUTION: A molten resin, in which a fluid of carbon dioxide in a supercritical state is penetrated and dispersed, is obtained by a twin-screw extruder 1 consisting a cylindrical barrel 2 and the screws 4, 4 provided in the cylindrical barrel in a rotationally drivable manner. This continuously obtained molten resin is successively distributed to a plurality of injection plungers 51, 51' and successively injected in the plurality of molds 61, 61' from the injection plungers 51, 51'. By this constitution, the molten resin continuously obtained by the twin-screw extruder 1 is continuously used in the forming cellular plastic resin. |
