<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupressure ball utilizing oriental medicines capable of stimulating blood in a contact part and allowing the oriental medicines to be absorbed through skin by forming a soft ball body, which is formed by making oriental medicine materials into ultrafine powder and mixing them with silicone, etc., and inserting acupressure projections to the ball body. <P>SOLUTION: The acupressure ball 10 includes: the acupressure ball body 11 which has a fixed shape and a prescribed hardness and is formed by making the oriental medicines, which are obtained by mixing the multiple materials in response to the kind and symptom of a disease, into the ultrafine powder and mixing the fine powder with the silicone by prescribed rate; and the multiple acupressure projections 12 which have a prescribed shape and are inserted to the acupressure ball body, are included.
